Federal Riding: Tobique--Mactaquac

• The electoral district of Tobique--Mactaquac in New Brunswick has 68,352 residents, with 53,032 officially registered voters in 168 polling divisions.
   
• The area covers nearly 16,000 square kilometers with major municipalities being Bright, Douglas, Drummond, Grand Falls / Grand-Sault, Kent, Saint Marys, Wakefield, and Woodstock.
   
• The majority of residents (84%) identify English as their primary language, followed by about 15% French. The remaining 1% are made up primarily of Mi'kmaq, Spanish, Malecite, Chinese, Dutch, and Korean.
   
• Roughly 45% of the region's workforce is employed in the industries of manufacturing; retail trade; agriculture, forestry, fishing & hunting; and healthcare and social assistance.
