CHP Candidate: Jason Farris
It is my belief that Canada - and on a smaller scale, the Tobique--Mactaquac riding of communities - has fallen into a state of crisis. Children show less and less respect for the rights of others each generation, seen by the increase in violent youth crime. Our country kills babies through abortions on a daily basis - in most cases paid for by taxpayers' money - which directly contributes to our population's inability to grow from within. Our people form unnatural "partnerships," all but replacing traditional marriage and family, and terribly upsetting the stability of our society. Corruption in government persists year after year as voters have few options but to elect representatives who are morally unqualified for the position. Common sense has been swept aside and replaced by "political correctness", robbing us of our freedom of speech and freedom of religion. I ask you, where will it all end?!
I was born and raised in New Brunswick, as was my father, my grandfather, and at least 4 generations before him! I love this province -- this country -- and I want to stop its fiscal and moral decay. Sitting on the sidelines will not result in change. Therefore, I choose to run for public office to provide a better solution. I see a great need for reform in our government and legislation, and I believe Biblical principles can and will effect that change.
While I represent the Christian Heritage Party of Canada ("CHP Canada"), whether or not you are a Christian and believe in the Bible may be considered irrelevant to the goals at hand. What's important for you to know is the belief system and principles I will be guided by when I take office to represent you in this riding...
Respect others; listen and value their input. Be honest, and treat people fairly (while not compromising Biblical standards). Be financially responsible; don't rack up debt, and make wise spending choices. Be prudent when making decisions; spend time considering all options.

Voting the CHP into Parliament does not mean we are going to convert all Canadians to Christianity. That's not what we're here for. Voting the CHP into power means you want Canada to return to morality. It means you want safe communities, a strong economy, and a secure future for your children and grandchildren. It means having someone who will represent you, this riding, and Biblical Truth in government, rather than having someone who just does what their party tells them!
