Why should I bother with politics?
Well, if you like the direction our country is currently going…
- A national debt that will take more than 125 years to pay off (and it’s rising!).
- Parental rights being overruled by the courts.
- Freedom of speech and religion being striped away.
- Homosexual couples allowed to “marry”.
- Babies being killed by government funding (ie: taxpayer money) every day.
- Morally corrupt officials running our country.
- A broken health care system with wait times that endanger lives.
- MUCH MORE!
If you are happy with these issues and more, then it would seem you really don’t need to be bothered with politics at all. Everything appears to be going just the way you want it. Congratulations!
However, if anything in the above list concerns you in the least, you need to take action. Our country is in crisis, and nothing will change unless you stand up for your beliefs. In Canada today, silence indicates your agreement.
The more competent and virtuous people we have step up and take on political responsibilities, the more our government will be “cleaned up” and return to the morality this country was founded upon!
