What is a Christian’s duty in politics?

The God of the Bible must be sovereign over all spheres of life, including the individual, the family, the Church, government, as well as all the other structures in our society.  Therefore, we must stand up and speak our Christian convictions in the public square. We must vote with these same principles!

A well-formed Christian conscience cannot permit you to vote for a political program or individual law that contradicts the fundamentals of faith and morals. Even though it is the politician, not you, who will directly vote on those laws or programs, it is you, as voters, who will place that politician in office to represent you!

ALL of the major federal political parties in Canada, EXCEPT the CHP, support positions that are in direct violation of God’s laws. It’s time to vote a CHP Member of Parliament into the legislature!
